I’m Errol, an applied AI engineer and technical product lead in Toronto. I connect the architecture, the business problem, and the people who will use it.

My path runs through finance, data, software and AI. At Intact, I design agentic investigation workflows and help shape AI product direction. At LolaLingo, I own the architecture and hands-on delivery of a voice-first learning platform.

I’m also completing my master’s in computer science at Georgia Tech. The through-line: get close to the problem, build something useful, and bring what you learn back to the room.

INTACT / ATLAS RESOLVE

An incident.

Agentic investigation. Human-reviewed action.

I designed an AI workflow that connects the incident, the code and the evidence: then gives developers a grounded starting point.

  1. 01

    Start with the incident.

    A Java-scheduled batch analyzer passes ServiceNow ticket context into an automatically initiated Devin session.

  2. 02

    Follow the evidence.

    The agent investigates GitHub source code and lower-environment databases, returning confidence-scored root-cause findings.

  3. 03

    Keep the developer in control.

    Proposed data fixes go to developer review. The developer can continue the investigation or execute a reviewed fix.

Beyond the workflow

I also build interactive AWS-hosted roadmaps and a character-led document assistant that lets leaders explore technical plans through natural-language questions.
